PILE HEAD BASE ISOLATION JOINT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pile head base isolation joint structure that reduces labor in construction work, at the same time offering excellent mechanical properties and sufficient bearing capacity.SOLUTION: A pile head base isolation joint structure is formed by connecting a seismic isolator 5 for base isolation support of a building frame 7 to a concrete pedestal 2 provided to cover over a pile head 1a of a foundation pile 1 having an outer peripheral part made of a steel pipe 12, with a base plate 6 interposed in between. A pressure bearing jig 13 is fitted on an outer peripheral surface of the steel pipe 12 of the pile head 1a, the pressure bearing jig transmitting stress in a vertical direction through a roughly horizontal plate surface between the steel pipe and the concrete pedestal 2. The concrete pedestal 2 is filled between the pile head 1a of the foundation pile 1 and an outer cylindrical body 3 made of a steel pipe surrounding the pile head 1a from the outer peripheral side. A second pressure bearing jig 33 is fitted on an inner peripheral surface of the outer cylindrical body 3, for transmitting stress in the vertical direction through a roughly horizontal plate surface between the outer cylindrical body and the concrete pedestal 2. The pressure bearing jig 13 and the second pressure bearing jig 33 are provided at a plurality of locations in a circumferential direction, such that a vertically projected area thereof partially overlaps with each other.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工の手間を削減することができ、しかも力学性能に優れ、十分な耐力を有する杭頭免震接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】外周部が鋼管12からなる基礎杭1の杭頭1aを覆うように設けられたコンクリート台座2上に、躯体7を免震支持する免震装置5を、ベースプレート6を介して接合してなる杭頭免震接合構造において、杭頭1aの鋼管12の外周面に、コンクリート台座2との間で略水平な板面によって鉛直方向の応力を伝達する支圧治具13を取り付ける。コンクリート台座2は、基礎杭1の杭頭1aとこの杭頭1aを外周側から包囲する鋼管からなる外筒体3の間に充填され、外筒体3の内周面に、コンクリート台座2との間で略水平な板面によって鉛直方向の応力を伝達する第二支圧治具33を取り付ける。支圧治具13と第二支圧治具33とは、その鉛直投影領域の一部が互いに重なるように、それぞれ円周方向複数個所に設けられている。【選択図】図1
