FITTING STRUCTURE OF BASE FOR FITTING FAUCET
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting structure of a base for fitting a faucet that enables a faucet to be fitted on a wall on which the faucet is fitted from a front surface side, without drilling a screw hole through the wall on which the faucet is fitted.SOLUTION: A fitting structure of a base for fitting a faucet includes a plurality of insertion bodies 80 and a base part 821. The insertion body is inserted into a through-hole 13 from a front surface side, the through-hole having a recessed cross-section comprising a first rising part 821 and a second rising part 81 disposed leaving an interval that almost equals a thickness of a wall 11 on which the faucet is fitted, and a connection part 83 connecting the rising parts to each other. The base part is disposed in front of the wall 11 on which the faucet is fitted, to form a part of the base for fitting the faucet. The plurality of insertion bodies 80 is fitted into the wall 11 on which the faucet is fitted and is inserted into the through-hole 13 from the front surface side. At the same time, a pressing member 90, which is capable of pressing the connection part 83 of the plurality of insertion bodies 80 fitted in the wall 11 on which the faucet is fitted onto a peripheral surface of the through-hole 13, presses the connection part 83 of the plurality of insertion bodies 80 onto the peripheral surface of the through-hole 13. Thus, the base for fitting a faucet is formed by a plurality of the base parts 821, and the base for fitting the faucet is fixed on the wall 11 on which the faucet is fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】水栓の取付対象壁にネジ孔を開設することなく、取付対象壁の手前側から取り付け可能にする水栓取付用台座の取付構造を提供する。【解決手段】取付対象壁１１の厚みと略同じ間隔を隔てて配置される第１立ち上がり部８２１と第２立ち上がり部８１を有し、これらの接続部８３を有する、断面が凹状に形成された貫通孔１３に前面側から挿入される挿入体８０を複数有し、取付対象壁１１よりも前方に、水栓取付用台座の一部となる台座部８２１を有しており、複数の挿入体８０は、取付対象壁１１に嵌め込まれ、貫通孔１３の前方側から挿入されると共に取付対象壁１１に嵌め込まれた複数の挿入体８０の接続部８３を貫通孔１３の周面へ押圧可能な押圧部材９０によって、複数の挿入体８０の接続部８３を貫通孔１３の周面へ押圧することで、複数の台座部８２１で水栓取付用台座を形成すると共に水栓取付用台座を取付対象壁１１に固定する。【選択図】図３
