BRAKE DEVICE FOR SLIDING DOOR
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brake device for a sliding door compatible with sliding doors of various weight values, on which braking force is exerted, thereby reducing costs dramatically.SOLUTION: With a brake device R for a sliding door D, a fixed brake material 20 and a mobile brake material 30 of a brake member B, a fixed brake material, a mobile brake material and a swing-preventive guide made of materials with different frictional coefficient values that the mobile brake material and a swing-preventive guide G have, which are in contact with each other, slide while rubbing each other, immediately before the sliding door is fully opened. As such, relatively strong frictional force generated at the time is exerted on the sliding door as primary braking force. Furthermore, the sliding door is top-railed and therefore travels while riding over the swing-preventive guide through the brake member and press-contacting the swing-preventive guide. Therefore, the sliding door slides while the overall sliding door is lifted in spite of heavy weight thereof. Even when the railed sliding door is heavy, frictional resistance increases along with the weight, causing strong frictional force to be exerted on the sliding door as secondary braking force.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】重量の異なる引戸にも適応した制動力が作用する引戸制動装置を提供してコストを飛躍的に低減する。【解決手段】引戸制動装置Rは、引戸Dが全開する直前に、互いに当接する、制動部材Bの固定制動材20と可動制動材30、可動制動材と振れ止めガイドGが有する摩擦係数が異なる材質の固定制動材と可動制動材と振れ止めガイドとが擦りながら摺動するから、そのとき発生する比較的強い摩擦力が第一次制動力として引戸に作用し、加えて、引戸は上吊式だから、制動部材を介して振れ止めガイドに乗り上がって圧接状態で走行し、重い引戸全体を持ち上げて摺動することになるので、吊持した引戸が重くても、その重量に応じて摩擦抵抗も増大し、それだけ強い摩擦力が第二次制動力として引戸に作用する。【選択図】 図1
