INSTALLATION METAL FITTING FOR METAL ROOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation metal fitting for a metal roof with which an installed object is fitted by screwing a holding nut and a fitting nut on a common bolt, the installation metal fitting enabling the installed object to be fixed with sufficient fitting strength.SOLUTION: By tightening a fixing nut 108 on a male screw 104 of a holding nut 80, the holding nut 80 is held rotatably on a base member 30 in a way that disables a relative motion in an axial direction. A bolt 48 screwed in the holding nut 80 is disabled from moving up and down relative to a support bracket 20, while the support bracket 20 is fixed on a metal roof model 14 by tightening the holding nut 80. A tensile member 82 is divided into two members, namely a first tensile member 82a and a second tensile member 82b, and the first tensile member 82a and the second tensile member 82b respectively have a connecting plane part 84 disposed on an opposite side of an engaging part 96. When the bolt 48 completes an upward motion, the connecting plane part 84 of the first tensile member 82a and the connecting plane part 84 of the second tensile member 82b are overlapped surface-to-surface.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】共通のボルトに挟持用ナットおよび取付用ナットを螺合して設置物を取り付ける金属屋根用取付金具において、十分な取付強度で設置物を固定できるようにする。【解決手段】挟持用ナット80のおねじ104に対する固定ナット108の締付により、ベース部材30に対し挟持用ナット80が回転可能で且つ軸方向の相対移動不能に保持され、挟持用ナット80を締め付けて支持ブラケット20を金属屋根モデル14に固定した状態で、挟持用ナット80に螺合されたボルト48は支持ブラケット20に対し上下移動不能とされる。引張部材82は、第1引張部材82aと第2引張部材82bに2分割され、第1引張部材82aと第2引張部材82bは、係止部96とは反対側に設けられた連結平面部84をそれぞれ有し、ボルト48の上方移動が完了した際に、第1引張部材82aの連結平面部84と第2引張部材82bの連結平面部84とが面当てで重ね合わされる。【選択図】図3
