INSTALLATION METAL FITTING FOR ROOF PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an installation metal fitting for a roof plate that fixes a roof plate on an H-steel, the installation metal fitting facilitating assembly a base member fixes to the H-steel with a metal fitting body to be fixed on the base member and offering sufficient tensile strength.SOLUTION: An installation metal fitting for a roof plate includes: a top surface plate part 32a and a standing edge part 32b formed on a base member 31, the top surface plate part facing an H-steel and the standing edge part forming a space between the top surface plate part 32a and the H-steel 18 when hung from and fixed on both side parts of the top surface plate part 32a; and a plate-form erected piece 52 and a leg part 53 formed on a support member 51, the erected piece extending in a vertical direction and the leg part being formed integrally at a lower edge of the erected piece 52 and extending in a horizontal direction. An insertion hole 35 is formed on the top surface plate part 32a, the insertion hole having a form that enables an upper side part of the erected piece 52 above the leg part 53 to be inserted while retaining the leg part 53 in the space without letting the leg part pass through. A receiving piece that extends in the horizontal direction for receiving a roof plate is formed by bending at a top edge part of the erected piece 52 after inserting the erected piece 52 into the insertion hole 35 from below, for connecting the base member 31 with the support member 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
【課題】屋根板をＨ鋼の上に固定する屋根板取り付け金具において、Ｈ鋼に対して固定する基台部材と、基台部材に固定する金具本体との組み立てが容易に行えるうえに、十分な引張強度を得られるようにする。【解決手段】基台部材３１に、Ｈ鋼と対向する上面板部３２ａと、上面板部３２ａの両側部で垂下して固定されたときに上面板部３２ａとＨ鋼１８との間に空間をつくる起立縁部３２ｂを備え、支持部材５１に、たて方向に延びる板状の立設片５２と、立設片５２の下端に一体形成されてよこ方向に延びる足部５３を備える。上面板部３２ａに、立設片５２の足部５３より上側の部分を挿入可能にする一方で足部５３を通過させず空間にとどめる形状の挿入穴３５を形成する。挿入穴３５に立設片５２を下から挿入したのち、立設片５２の上端部に、よこに延びて屋根板を受ける受け片を折り曲げによって形成して、基台部材３１と支持部材５１を結合する。【選択図】図５
