LIGHT-TRANSMITTING PANEL, AND BUILDING MATERIAL USING THE SAME
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light-transmitting panel having a horizontal bar housed inside without being exposed, preventing dust accumulation and offering high strength and excellent appearance.SOLUTION: A frame body 1 of a light-transmitting panel A includes a pair of right and left vertical frame materials 3 and horizontal frame materials 2, the vertical frame materials 3 having panel edge fitting stepped parts 3a formed by cutting off corner parts on front and rear sides of inner side surfaces 3b that face each other, along a longitudinal direction in a stepped form, and the horizontal frame materials 2 being spanned respectively between top and bottom ends of the vertical frame materials 3. A horizontal bar 5 on an inner side is spanned between the vertical frame materials 3. A light-transmitting plate 7 is a vertically long material divided in a width direction, and is disposed on front and rear sides of the frame body 1. A vertical bar 8 on an outer side is disposed between the adjacent light-transmitting plates 7, to cover a side part 7a of the light-transmitting plate 7. A thin part is formed on the side part 7a of the light-transmitting plate 7, by cutting off an outer surface side of the side part in a stepped form. The vertical bar 8 on the outer side has an inner surface side of a side part thereof cut off in a stepped form, and a protruding line 8a formed on the inner surface side. A thin fitting side part 8b is formed on both sides of the protruding line 8a, to be fitted into the side part 7a of the light-transmitting plate 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】横桟が内部に収納されていて外部に露出せず、埃が溜まりにくく且つ強度的及び外観にも優れた透光パネルを提供するにある。【解決手段】透光パネルAの枠体1は、左右一対で、その対向内側面3bの表裏両角部を長手方向に沿って段状に切落して形成されたパネル端取付段部3aを有する縦枠材3と、前記縦枠材3の上下両端部にそれぞれ架設された横枠材2とで構成されている。内側横桟5は縦枠材3間に架設されている。透光板7は幅方向にて分割された縦長材で、枠体1の表裏に配設される。外側縦桟8は隣接する透光板7の間に配設され、透光板7の側辺部7aを覆う。透光板7の側辺部7aは側辺の外面側が段状に切落されて薄肉のが形成されている。外側縦桟8はその側辺の内面側が段状に切落されて内面側に凸条8aが形成されている。凸条8aの両側には薄肉の嵌め込み用側辺部8bが形成され、透光板7の側辺部7aに嵌め込まれる。【選択図】 図2
