POSITION ADJUSTMENT DEVICE AND POSITION ADJUSTMENT METHOD FOR BUILDING UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment device capable of adjusting relative position in a longer direction of a beam material by being installed on a side face of the beam material.SOLUTION: A position adjustment device 2 is used to carry out relative position adjustment in a longer direction of a floor beam 12 after disposing building units 1, 1 in a lateral direction. The position adjustment device comprises: a pair of anchorage bodies 3A, 3B, which have a tabular plate body 31 disposed between the floor beams of adjacent building units, multiple pin parts 32, 32 disposed at intervals at lower part of the plate body, mooring holes 33, 33 formed on an upper part of the plate body that protrudes upward between floor beams; and a lever block (registered trademark) 4 to adjust a distance between the mooring holes of the pair of anchorage bodies, which are fitted by inserting pin parts into side face holes 124A, 124B of side faces of the floor beams of adjacent building units.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】梁材の側面に取り付けることで梁材の長手方向の相対的な位置調整を行うことができる位置調整装置を提供する。【解決手段】建物ユニット1,1を横方向に並べて床梁12の長手方向の相対的な位置調整を行うための位置調整装置2である。そして、隣接する建物ユニットの床梁間に配置される板状のプレート本体31と、プレート本体の下部に間隔を置いて複数設けられるピン部32,32と、床梁間の上方に突出させるプレート本体の上部に設けられる係留穴33,33とを有する一対の定着体3A,3Bと、隣接する建物ユニットの床梁の側面の側面穴124A,124Bに、ピン部を挿し込むことでそれぞれ取り付けられる一対の定着体の係留穴間の距離を調整するレバーブロック(登録商標)4とを備えている。【選択図】図1
