POSITION ADJUSTMENT METHOD AND POSITION ADJUSTMENT DEVICE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a position adjustment method and a position adjustment device capable of efficiently performing a position adjustment work for a seismic isolator by a simple configuration.SOLUTION: This invention comprises the steps for fixing a pair of fixing members 2 extending between an upper flange 12 and a lower flange 13 arranged to be oppositely against a horizontal direction to each of the upper flange 12 and the lower flange 13; inserting and passing a rod member 3 into and through an opening 2b of the fixing member 2 in a horizontal direction; fixing a center hole jack 4 for pulling the rod member 3 to the rod member 3; fixing the pressing means 5 for pressing the fixing members 2 at an opposite side of the center hole jack 4 as seen from the fixing members 2 at the rod member 3; pressing the pressing means 5 by pulling the rod member 3 with the center hole jack 4 against the fixing members 2 to cause the upper flange 12 to move in respect to the lower flange 13; and deforming a seismic isolator 10 in the same direction as that of the working direction of the position adjustment device 1 to perform a position adjustment without twisting the seismic isolator 10.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】免震装置の位置調整作業を簡易な構成で効率よく行うことができる位置調整方法及び位置調整装置を提供すること。【解決手段】上フランジ12と下フランジ13との間に延び水平方向に対向して配置される一対の固定部材2を、それぞれ上フランジ12と下フランジ13とに固定工程。固定部材2の開口2bに水平方向に棒状部材3を挿通させる工程。棒状部材3を牽引するセンターホールジャッキ4を棒状部材3に取り付ける工程。固定部材2を押圧する押圧手段5を、棒状部材3における固定部材2から見てセンターホールジャッキ4の反対側に取り付工程。センターホールジャッキ4で棒状部材3を牽引することによって押圧手段5を固定部材2に押圧させることにより、上フランジ12を下フランジ13に対して移動させる工程。免震装置10をねじることなく、位置調整装置1の作動方向と同一の方向に免震装置10を変形させて位置調整を行う。【選択図】図1
