COMPOSITE PANEL AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREOF
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composite panel and a composite panel manufacturing method, which can be easily detached and replaced when its appearance is damaged or a heat insulator deteriorates after installing the panel on a building.SOLUTION: A composite panel is made by laying a precast concrete plate 2 over a heat insulation panel 1 formed by charging a heat insulator 3 between a surface metal plate 11 and a rear face metal plate 12. The heat insulation panel 1 has a pair of heat insulation panel components 1s, 1s. A fitting part S1 is formed on one panel component and a fitted part S2 is formed on the other panel component. A fixture 9, which penetrates the heat insulation panel 3 in a thickness direction from a surface of the surface metal plate 11 of the fitted part S2, is fitted to a connector 10 that is buried in the precast concrete plate 2. A flat machine screw 50 is inserted so as to penetrate a rear folded part 44 and a convexity 31 from a rear face side in a state where the fitting part S1 and the fitted part S2 are fitted.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】建物に施工した後に外観が損なわれたり、断熱材が劣化したりした場合に、その取り外し、取り替えを容易に行うことができる複合パネル及び複合パネルの製造方法を提供する。【解決手段】表面金属板11及び裏面金属板12との間に断熱材3が充填されて形成される断熱パネル1にプレキャストコンクリート板2が重ね合わされて成る。断熱パネル1は一対の断熱パネル分体1s、1sを備える。一方に嵌合部S1が形成され、他方に被嵌合部S2が形成される。被嵌合部S1の表面金属板11の表面から断熱パネル3の厚み方向で貫通して設けられた固定具9が、プレキャストコンクリート板2に埋設された結合具10に取り付けられる。嵌合部S1と被嵌合部S2とを嵌合させた状態で、裏面側から、後方折り返し部44と凸部31とが貫通されるようにしてフラットビス50を挿入させている。【選択図】図1
