A Construction Composite Panel And Manufacturing Method Thereof
According to the present invention, a composite panel for construction comprises: two base panels coated with a coating layer of nanoceramic particles consisting of a titanium dioxide hydrolyzate and an organosilicate on a surface thereof; a core panel disposed between two base panels, the core panel having a plurality of floor portions and valleys continuously formed to have a same height and depth; and an adhesive layer to adhere the base panel and the core panel, and the adhesive layer being formed on a portion where the floor portion and the valley portion abut the base panel respectively.
본 발명에 따른 건축용 복합 패널은, 표면에 이산화티탄과 오가노 실리케이트(Organo Silicate)의 가수분해물로 이루어지는 나노세라믹(Nano-ceramic) 입자의 도료층이 코팅된 두 장의 베이스패널; 두 장의 상기 베이스패널 사이에 배치되는 것으로서, 동일한 높이와 깊이를 갖는 복수개의 마루부와 골부가 연속형성된 코어패널; 및 상기 베이스패널과 상기 코어패널을 접착하는 것으로서, 상기 마루부 및 상기 골부와 상기 베이스패널이 맞닿는 부분에 각각 형성된 접착층;을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 한다.
