PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base isolation support device capable of reducing temperature rise of a damping body for deteriorating vibration energy absorption capacity as much as possible, even in a case of receiving long-period earthquake vibration, and capable of effectively exhibiting a base isolation function even in long-period earthquake vibration.SOLUTION: A base isolation support device 1 includes: a laminate 4 having elastic layers 2 and rigid layers 3 alternately laminated; a lead plug 7 arranged in a hollow part 6 of the laminate 4; and a heat conductor 9 arranged between an outer peripheral surface 8 and an inner peripheral surface 5 of the lead plug 7.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
