To provide a base isolation support device capable of providing stable vibration isolation characteristics, and preventing fatigue of an elastic layer of a laminate and a vibration damping body, which is excellent especially in durability, a vibration isolation effect and manufacturability.SOLUTION: A base isolation support device 1 includes: a cylindrical laminate 7 having rubber plates 2 and steel plates 3 which are alternately laminated; upper and lower plates 12 and 13; a lead plug 14; a lid member 22 with a semi-concave spherical surface 20 for occluding one end 21 of a hollow part 17, to guide and assist a plastic flow of the lead plug 14 at one end part 18 in a lamination direction A of the hollow part 17; and a lid member 27 with a semi-concave spherical surface 25 for occluding the other end 26 of the hollow part 17, to guide and assist a plastic flow of the lead plug 14 at the other end part 23 in the lamination direction A of the hollow part 17.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
