REMOVAL METHOD FOR LIGHT-TRANSMISSIVE PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a removal method for a light-transmissive panel that enhances ease of replacement, by eliminating tightening and removal work for a machine screw while securing sufficient batten installation accuracy.SOLUTION: A removal method for a light-transmissive panel 8 that to which the present invention is applied includes an inner disengaging step in which an inner flange 62 of a batten 6 on a light-transmissive plate 5 side is disengaged, and an outer disengaging step in which an outer flange 61 of the batten 6 on a roadside is disengaged. In the inner disengaging step, the inner flange 62 is pressed toward a front surface side A, and an inner protrusion 66 formed on a side edge of the inner flange 62 is disengaged from an inner engaging part 46 of a support frame 4. In the outer disengaging step, the inner flange 62 is moved toward the front surface side A, and an outer protrusion 65 formed on a side edge of the outer flange 61 is disengaged from an outer engaging part 45 of the support frame 4, thus removing the batten 6 from the support frame 4 and moving the batten toward the front surface side A.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 19
【課題】押縁の組付精度を十分に確保しながら、ビスの取外作業及び締込作業を必要としないものとして、交換容易性を向上させることのできる透光性パネルの取外方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した透光性パネル8の取外方法は、透光板5側に配置される押縁6の内側フランジ62の係止状態を解除させる内側解除工程と、路側に配置される押縁6の外側フランジ61の係止状態を解除させる外側解除工程とを備える。内側解除工程では、内側フランジ62を正面側Aに向けて押し込んで、内側フランジ62の側端に形成された内側突出部66と、支持枠4の内側係止部46との係止状態を解除する。外側解除工程では、内側フランジ62を正面側Aに移動させて、外側フランジ61の側端に形成された外側突出部65と、支持枠4の外側係止部45との係止状態を解除して、押縁6を支持枠4から取り外して正面側Aに撤去する。【選択図】図19
