FITTING METHOD AND REMOVAL METHOD FOR LIGHT-TRANSMISSIVE PANEL, AND LIGHT-TRANSMISSIVE PANEL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fitting method for a light-transmissive panel that enhances manufacturing efficiency of the light-transmissive panel and saves labor and work time necessary for manufacturing and replacing the light-transmissive panel.SOLUTION: A fitting method for a light-transmissive panel 1 that applies the present invention has a light-transmissive plate 5 fitted on an upper horizontal frame member 2 having an upper groove 20 formed thereon and a lower horizontal frame member 3 having a lower groove 30 formed thereon, and includes an upper side fitting step in which an upper edge part 5a of the light-transmissive plate 5 is fitted in the upper horizontal frame member 2, and a lower side fitting step in which a lower edge part 5b of the light-transmissive plate 5 is fitted on the lower horizontal frame member 3. In the upper side fitting step, the upper edge part 5a of the light-transmissive plate 5 is inserted into the upper groove 20 while having the light-transmissive plate 5 inclined in a depth direction Z, so that the lower edge part 5b of the light-transmissive plate 5 protrudes toward a front surface side A more than the upper edge part 5a. In the lower side fitting step, the lower edge part 5b of the light-transmissive plate 5 is moved toward a rear surface side B and then the lower edge part 5b of the light-transmissive plate 5 is fitted into the lower groove 30, while having the upper edge part 5a of the transmissive plate 5 inserted into the upper groove 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】透光性パネルの製造効率を向上させて、透光性パネルの製造作業及び交換作業に必要となる労力、施工時間を低減させることのできる透光性パネルの取付方法を提供する。【解決手段】本発明を適用した透光性パネル1の取付方法は、上溝20が形成された上横枠2と、下溝30が形成された下横枠3とに、透光板5を取り付けるものであり、透光板5の上端部5aを上横枠2に取り付ける上側取付工程と、透光板5の下端部5bを下横枠3に取り付ける下側取付工程とを備える。上側取付工程では、透光板5の上端部5aより下端部5bが、正面側Aに突出するものとなるように、透光板5を奥行方向Zに傾斜させながら、透光板5の上端部5aを上溝20に挿入する。下側取付工程では、透光板5の上端部5aを上溝20に挿入したまま、透光板5の下端部5bを背面側Bに移動させてから、透光板5の下端部5bを下溝30に落とし込む。【選択図】図12
