RING-SHAPED BEAM REINFORCEMENT METAL FITTING AND BEAM REINFORCEMENT STRUCTURE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a beam reinforcement member etc. capable of achieving weight saving while securing required reinforcement strength.SOLUTION: A ring-shaped beam reinforcement metal fitting 1 is a ring-shaped member. The ring-shaped beam reinforcement metal fitting 1 includes a piping hole 2 that is to be penetrated by piping etc. A flange part 3 is provided on one side of the ring-shaped beam reinforcement metal fitting 1. The flange part 3 has an outer diameter larger than that of a through hole provided on a beam. On the other side of the ring-shaped beam reinforcement metal fitting 1 is provided a cylindrical insertion part 5 whose outer diameter is smaller than that of the flange part 3. A thin part 7 having the smallest thickness is formed on the ring-shaped beam reinforcement metal fitting 1. The thin part 7 is formed on a straight line along a center line of the ring-shaped beam reinforcement metal fitting 1. The flange part 3's thickness is larger at its part whose distance from the thin part 7 is larger. Or the ring-shaped beam reinforcement metal fitting 1's thickness increases gradually from the thin part 7 in respective directions orthogonal to the center line along which the thin part 7 is formed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 必要な補強強度を確保しつつ軽量化を達成することが可能な梁補強部材等を提供する。【解決手段】 リング状梁補強金具1は、リング状の部材である。リング状梁補強金具1は、配管等が貫通する配管孔2を有している。リング状梁補強金具1の一方の側にはフランジ部3が設けられる。フランジ部3は、梁に設けられた貫通孔よりも大きな外径を有している。リング状梁補強金具1の他方の側にはフランジ部3より外径の小さな円筒状の挿入部5が設けられる。リング状梁補強金具1には、厚みが最も薄くなる薄肉部7が形成される。薄肉部7は、リング状梁補強金具1の中心線に沿って一直線上に形成される。フランジ部3の厚みは、薄肉部7から離れるほど厚くなる。すなわち、薄肉部7が形成される中心線に直交するそれぞれの方向にむけて、薄肉部7から徐々にリング状梁補強金具1の厚みが増加する。【選択図】図1
