PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a decorative sheet having a base material sheet containing a chlorine-containing resin and a plasticizer, and an ionizing radiation-curable resin layer which has discoloration resistance to ionizing radiation, thermal discoloration resistance, hardness suitable for bending workability, and excellent adhesiveness between the base material sheet and other layers; and to provide a decorative material.SOLUTION: There is provided a decorative sheet 7 having a base material sheet 1 and an ionizing radiation-curable resin layer, where (1) the base material sheet 1 contains a chlorine-containing resin and a plasticizer, and (2) a content of the plasticizer is 10-50 pts.mass with respect to 100 pts.mass of the chlorine-containing resin, and the decorative sheet 7 is preferably structured so as to have a pattern layer 2, a transparent resin layer 3 and a surface protective layer 4 laminated on the base material sheet 1, have a primer layer 5 on the other surface of the base material sheet, and contain an ionizing radiation-curable resin in one or more of the pattern layer 2, the transparent resin layer 3 and/or the surface protective layer 4.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】塩素含有樹脂及び可塑剤を含有する基材シート、及び電離放射線硬化型樹脂層を有する化粧シートであって、電離放射線に対する耐変色性、耐熱変色性、折り曲げ加工に適した硬度、及び基材シートと他層の良好な密着性を有する化粧シート並びに化粧材の提供。【解決手段】基材シート１及び電離放射線硬化型樹脂層を有する化粧シート７であって、（１）基材シート１は、塩素含有樹脂及び可塑剤を含有し、（２）前記可塑剤の含有量は、前記塩素含有樹脂100質量部に対して10〜50質量部である化粧シート１。化粧シート７の構成は例えば、基材シート１上に絵柄模様層２、透明性樹脂層３、表面保護層４を積層し、基材シートの他方の面にプライマー層５を有し、絵柄模様層２、透明性樹脂層３、又は／及び表面保護層４のいずれかの一つ以上の層に電離放射線硬化樹脂を含有する電離放射線硬化型樹脂層とすることが好ましい化粧板７。【選択図】図１
