WEIGHT FINE AGGREGATE AND WEIGHT CONCRETE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To manufacture weight concrete hardly causing material separation and less in bleeding amount without adding an aggregate material, such as limestone powder and natural sand, to a weight fine aggregate.SOLUTION: In a weight fine aggregate used for weight concrete, a bleeding amount of the weight concrete with unit volume mass of 2500 kg/mor more is suppressed to 0.6 cm/cmor less or 0.3 cm/cmor less by using the weight fine aggregate having the content of fine particle component with particle diameter of less than 0.15 mm contained in the weight fine aggregate of 9 to 15 mass%, Blaine specific surface area of 600 cm/g or more and absolute volume percentage of 53% or less or a weight fine aggregate having Blaine specific surface area of the fine particle component of 700 cm/g or more and absolute volume percentage of 51% or less without using any fine aggregate other than the weight fine aggregate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】重量細骨材中に石灰石粉末や天然砂などの骨材材料を加えずに、材料分離を生じ難く、ブリーディング量の少ない重量コンクリートを製造する。【解決手段】重量コンクリートに用いられる重量細骨材において、該重量細骨材に含まれる粒径0.15mm未満の微粒分の含有量が9〜15質量%であって、ブレーン比表面積が600cm2/g以上、および実積率が53%以下である重量細骨材、または該微粒分のブレーン比表面積が700cm2/g以上であって実積率が51%以下である重量細骨材を用いることによって、該重量細骨材以外の細骨材を用いずに、単位容積質量が2500kg/m3以上の重量コンクリートのブリーディング量を0.6cm3/cm2以下または0.3cm3/cm2以下に抑制する。【選択図】図2
