The high-density heavy fine aggregate of the present invention contains 3 to 25 wt% of residual of No 4 sieve; 15 to 25 wt% of residual of No 8 sieve; 15 to 25 wt% of residual of No 16 sieve; 10 to 15 wt% of residual of No 30 sieve; 5 to 10 wt% of residual of No 50 sieve; 5 to 10 wt% of residual of No 100 sieve; 8 to 15 wt% of residual of No 200 sieve; and 2 to 10 wt% of residual of Pan. In addition, the high-density heavy fine aggregate according to the present invention preferably has an absolute dry density of 3.1 ton/m^3 or more and a unit volume mass of 2.17 ton/m^3 or more.
