FLOOR STRUCTURE AND METHOD OF RENEWING FLOORING MATERIAL
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor structure that facilitates renewing of a flooring material and a method of renewing the flooring material.SOLUTION: A floor structure 1 comprises a floor heating panel 2 and a flooring material 3 arranged thereupon. The floor heating panel 2 has a high-temperature source 20 inside and radiates heat from the high-temperature source 20 from an upper surface. The flooring material 3 comprises a substrate 31, a cushioning material 32 made of nonwoven fabric stuck on a lower surface of the substrate 31, and a reverse material 33 stuck on a lower surface of the cushioning material 32 with a reverse material sticking adhesive 35. The flooring material 3 is fixed to an upper surface of the floor heating panel 2 with a fixing adhesive 4. The fixing adhesive 4 contains a plasticizer made of a substance belonging to polyether polyols. The floor heating panel 2 comprises a plasticizer non-permeable part 21, stopping or suppressing the plasticizer from permeating, on an upper surface. The reverse material sticking adhesive 35 includes, as a principal component, a vinyl acetate resin-based emulsion type adhesive.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】床仕上げ材の貼替を容易に行える床構造および床仕上げ材の貼替方法を提供する。【解決手段】床構造1は、床暖房パネル2と、その上に配置される床仕上げ材3と、を備える。床暖房パネル2は、内部に高温源20を有し、高温源20からの熱を上面から放熱する。床仕上げ材3は、基板31と、基板31の下面に貼付される不織布からなる緩衝材32と、緩衝材32の下面に裏面材貼付用接着剤35により貼付される裏面材33と、を備える。床仕上げ材3が固定用接着剤4により床暖房パネル2の上面に固定される。固定用接着剤4が、ポリエーテルポリオール類に属する物質からなる可塑剤を含有する。床暖房パネル2が、上面に、前記可塑剤の浸透を阻止または抑制する可塑剤難浸透部21を備える。裏面材貼付用接着剤35が、主成分として酢酸ビニル樹脂系エマルジョン型接着剤を有する。【選択図】図3
