PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a floor substrate material excellent in impact absorption performance and foot step feeling, a direct flooring-type floor structure, and a construction method for the direct flooring-type floor structure.SOLUTION: A floor substrate material 11 is a floor substrate material for being arranged on a floor base 13. The floor substrate material 11 has a flat plate-like floor material 21, and a buffer material 22A that is provided on the floor base 13 side of the floor material 21. A longitudinal end surface 22a and a short end surface 22b of the buffer material 22A have lengths corresponding to the floor material 21, respectively. The buffer material 22A has at least a central part of the short end surface 22b provided with a cavity part 23A that is provided in parallel with the longitudinal end surface 22a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
