FIXING METHOD FOR ROD MEMBER FACING UPWARD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To curtail a construction period and reduce a cost when inserting a shear reinforcement and other rod members facing upward into an upward-facing hole drilled through an existing reinforced concrete structure by eliminating a need to install a conventional fall-off prevention jig, by preventing fall-off of the rod members.SOLUTION: When inserting a rod member 1 facing upward into a drilled hole H opened upward on a reinforced concrete structure, a plurality of needle members 3 extending from a tip side to a rear edge side of the rod member is formed on a periphery of the rod member 1, and the rod member 1 is inserted into the drilled hole H facing upward, to have the needle members 3 on the periphery of the rod member 1 bite into a surface of the drilled hole H. Specifically, the needle member 3 is provided on the periphery at the tip part and the rear edge part of the rod member 1. Also, three or more needle members 3 are provided on a mounting fixture 4 for mounting on the rod member 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】既存のRC構造物の上向きに開けた削孔に、せん断補強筋等の棒部材を上向きに挿入する場合において、棒部材の落下を防止することで、従来の落下防止治具等の準備や施工を不要にして、工期短縮・コスト削減を可能にする。【解決手段】RC構造物の上向きに開けた削孔Hに棒部材1を上向きに挿入する場合において、棒部材1の周囲に、その先端部側から後端部側に向けて延びる針部材3を複数本設け、削孔Hに棒部材1を上向きに挿入して、削孔H面に棒部材1周囲の針部材3を食い込ませる。具体的には、針部材3を、棒部材1の先端部と後端部の周囲にそれぞれ設ける。そして、針部材3を、棒部材1への装着具4の周囲に3本以上設ける。【選択図】図3
