PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a closing member that retains a favorable daylighting function to suit a change in an external environment, along with a building that uses the closing member.SOLUTION: A closing member 10 has an incident surface 20a and an emission surface 20b that face each other, and includes a daylighting member 20 that deflects light entering from the incident surface 20a and emits the light from the emission surface 20b, a light controlling member 40 having a first surface 40a and a second surface 40b that face each other and causes incident light L1 to be emitted after reducing intensity thereof, and a frame member 11 provided at least on a part of an outer peripheral edge of the daylighting member 20 and the light controlling member 40 and moving the light controlling member 40 relative to the daylighting member 20. The light controlling member 40 is moved by the frame member 11 between a facing position and a receded position, the facing position having the first surface 40a face the emission surface 20b or the incident surface 20a of the daylighting member 20, and the receded position having the first surface 40a deviated from the facing position.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】外部環境の変化に対応して良好な採光機能を有する閉鎖部材、これを用いた建造物を提供する。【解決手段】閉鎖部材10は、互いに対向する入射面20aと出射面20bとを有し、入射面20aから入射した光を偏向して出射面20bから出射させる採光部材20と、互いに対向する第1面40aと第2面40bとを有し、入射した光L1の強度を低減して出射させる光制御部材40と、採光部材20及び光制御部材40の外周縁の少なくとも一部に設けられ、光制御部材40を採光部材20に対して移動させる枠部材11とを備え、光制御部材40は、枠部材11によって、第1面40aが採光部材20の出射面20b又は入射面20aに対向する対向位置と、第1面40aが対向位置から外れる退避位置との間を移動することを特徴とする。【選択図】図2
