CONCRETE MOLD PANEL, CONCRETE MOLD PANEL UNIT, CONCRETE BUILDING FRAME STRUCTURE, AND CONCRETE MOLD CONSTRUCTION METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete mold panel, a concrete mold panel unit, a concrete building frame structure, and a concrete mold construction method that integrate concrete and a permanent concrete mold when a steel permanent concrete mold is used, thereby forming a stable foundation part.SOLUTION: A concrete mold panel includes a ribbed steel plate and a frame member fitted around the ribbed steel plate, and forms a vertical surface of building frame concrete. A rib is protruded on a surface of the ribbed steel plate, the rib being widened in a width in a cross-section parallel to the surface, at least partially as deviating further away from the surface. The rib is formed on a surface on which the building frame concrete is cast, among surfaces of the ribbed steel plate.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】鋼板製の捨て型枠を使用した際にコンクリートと捨て型枠との一体化を実現し、安定した基礎部を形成する型枠パネル、型枠パネルユニット、躯体コンクリート構造、及び、型枠施工方法を得ることを目的とする。【解決手段】リブ付き鋼板と、リブ付き鋼板の周囲に取り付けられた枠部材と、を備え、躯体コンクリートの鉛直面を形成する型枠パネルにおいて、リブ付き鋼板の表面には、少なくとも一部に表面から離間する程、表面と平行な断面における幅寸法が大きくなるリブが突設され、リブは、リブ付き鋼板の表面のうち、躯体コンクリートが打設される面に形成されるものである。【選択図】図１
