MOLD FRAME DEVICE FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE AND MOLD FRAME CONSTRUCTION METHOD FOR CONCRETE STRUCTURE
To provide a mold frame device for a concrete structure capable of keeping an interval between mold frames without using separators.SOLUTION: A mold frame device for a concrete structure comprises: a pair of mold frames 1; supports members 2 fixed on an outer side surface of each of the pair of mold frames 1; and holding members 5 arranged with intervals in a direction orthogonal to a longitudinal direction on the outer side surface of each of the support members 2, wherein the holding member 5 is formed of a vertical part 6 fixed on an outer side of the support member 2 and a horizontal part 7 extending in a direction opposite to the support member 2 from an upper end of the vertical part 6, and a connection member 8 is arranged on a corner where the vertical part 6 crosses the horizontal part 7 to connect and hold the plurality of holding members 5 arranged with intervals in the longitudinal direction, and an interval holding beam 10 is placed on upper surfaces of the horizontal parts 7 of the right and left holding members 5 over the pair of mold frames 1 to hold an interval between the pair of mold frames 1, which integrally fixes the horizontal part 7 and the interval holding beams 10 with fastening fittings 11.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】セパレータを用いることなく型枠間の間隔を保持することができるコンクリート構造物用型枠装置の提供。【解決手段】一対の型枠１と、一対の型枠１のそれぞれの外側面に固定される支持部材２と、支持部材２のそれぞれの外側面に長手方向と直交するするように間隔を置いて配設される保持部材５とを備え、保持部材５は、支持部材２の外側に固定される垂直部６と、垂直部６の上端から支持部材２とは反対方向に延びる水平部７とから形成されるとともに、垂直部６と水平部７とが交叉するコーナーには、長手方向に間隔を置いて配設される複数の保持部材５を連結して保持するための連結部材８が配設されており、一対の型枠１をまたいで左右の保持部材５の水平部７の上面には一対の型枠１の間隔を保持するための間隔保持梁１０が載置され、水平部７と間隔保持梁１０とは締付金具１１で一体に固定される。【選択図】図１
