BALCONY STRUCTURE USING DRAIN PARTITION MEMBER OF BALCONY
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a balcony structure using a drain partition member, capable of eliminating a problem of a user's dwelling house's balcony floor surface being contaminated by drain water that has been dammed up by a rising part and reversely flows.SOLUTION: A balcony structure comprises a balcony drain partition member and a flooring material on which the drain partition member is arranged. The drain partition member is installed at boundary part between balconies of respective dwelling houses adjacent to each other of a multiple dwelling house to prevent drain water from spilling over from a balcony of each dwelling house to a balcony of an adjacent dwelling house, comprises a horizontal part having a length equal to or approximately equal to that of the balcony's extension width, and a rising part erected from middle part in the horizontal part's width direction over the whole length of the horizontal part, and comprises a drain ditch formed on the horizontal part's top surface over the whole length of the horizontal part. The height of the drain partition member's ditch marginal part is larger than that of the flooring material.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
【課題】立ち上がり部で堰き止められて逆流する排水により自己の住居のバルコニー床面が汚れる不都合を解消できる排水仕切部材を用いたバルコニー構造を提供する。【解決手段】集合住宅の互いに隣接する各住居のバルコニーの境界部分に設置されて、各住居のバルコニーから隣接する住居のバルコニーへ排水が流出するのを防止する排水仕切部材であって、バルコニーの出幅と同一もしくは略同一の長さを有する水平部、及び、水平部の全長に亘って水平部の幅方向中間部位から立設された立ち上がり部を備え、排水溝が水平部の全長に亘って該水平部の上面に形成されているバルコニーの排水仕切部材と、排水仕切部材を配置した床材と、を具備し、排水仕切部材の溝縁部の高さが床材よりも高いこと、を特徴とするバルコニー構造。【選択図】図１２
