To provide a balcony structure capable of properly fixing a balcony by utilizing a half precast balcony, on the outside of an atrium.SOLUTION: The balcony structure uses a half-precast balcony 1 that is constructed around the outer periphery of a building frame 200, facing an atrium 210 inside the building frame 200. The balcony structure includes: a balcony 1; and a reinforcement bar 2 placed across the balcony 1 and another adjacent balcony 1 N. The reinforcement bar 2 is covered with cast-in-place concrete.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
