SLAG MANUFACTURING DEVICE AND SLAG MANUFACTURING METHOD
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a slag manufacturing device capable of assuring safety in utilization of molten slag for a secondary product and reducing the volume of powder waste while suppressing installation cost and running cost, and a slag manufacturing method.SOLUTION: A surface or inclined surface 15 of an aggregate of powder waste that is heated to a high temperature equal to or lower than a melting point by heating means is irradiated with microwaves 16a by microwave heating means, additional temperature rise heating is performed, a melting point depression agent is dissolved at a lower temperature by synergistic effects of the high-temperature heating of the surface or inclined surface 15 and physical stimuli by forward breakdown movements of the powder waste in which the melting point depression agent is dispersed, and the powder waste around the melting point depression agent in the powder waste is molten by inducing the dissolution of the melting point depression agent. With the forward breakdown movements of the molten powder waste as stimuli, the molten powder waste is grown into a spherical body by cooling, thereby obtaining perfectly spherical slag.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 設備コストおよび運用コストを抑制しつつ、溶融スラグの二次製品への利用の際の安全性を担保可能とし、紛体廃棄物の減容化を図り得るスラグ製造装置およびスラグ製造方法を提供すること。【解決手段】 加熱手段により溶融点以下の高温に熱せられた紛体廃棄物の集合体の表面または斜表面15に対して、マイクロ波加熱手段によりマイクロ波16aを照射して追加昇温加熱し、表面または斜表面15の高温加熱と融点降下剤を分散させた紛体廃棄物の前進崩壊運動による物的刺激との相乗効果により融点降下剤をより低温で溶解させ、該融点降下剤の溶解の誘発により紛体廃棄物中の融点降下剤周囲の紛体廃棄物を溶融させる。この溶融した紛体廃棄物の前進崩壊運動を刺激として該溶融した紛体廃棄物を冷却により球状体に成長させ、真球状スラグを得る。【選択図】 図1
