PROCESSING METHOD OF CHLORINE BYPASS DUST AND EXHAUST GAS
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To treat a chlorine bypass dust while inhibiting increase of agent cost and heavy metal concentration in a clinker and securing stability of quality of cement as well as to treat a chlorine bypass exhaust gas with avoiding coating troubles by cement kiln or the like and inhibiting heat loss by a preheater or the like and without reducing clinker production amount.SOLUTION: There is provided a processing method of a chlorine bypass dust and an exhaust gas by extracting part of combustion gas G from kiln exhaust gas passage from a kiln tail of a cement kiln 2 to a lowermost cyclone with cooling to produce a slurry having Kconcentration and Clconcentration of 6 mass% or less respectively from the recovered chlorine bypass dust D4 in a chlorine bypass facility for recovering the chlorine bypass dust D4 from an extracted gas G1 and contacting the exhaust gas G4 of the chlorine bypass facility with the slurry. The SOconcentration of the slurry is 10000 mg/L or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】薬剤費及びクリンカ中の重金属濃度の増加を防止し、セメントの品質の安定性を確保しながら塩素バイパスダストを処理するとともに、セメントキルン等でのコーチングトラブルを回避し、プレヒータ等での熱損失を防止し、クリンカ生産量の低下を招くことなく塩素バイパス排ガスを処理する。【解決手段】セメントキルン2の窯尻から最下段サイクロンに至るまでのキルン排ガス流路より燃焼ガスの一部Gを冷却しながら抽気し、抽気ガスG1から塩素バイパスダストD4を回収する塩素バイパス設備において、回収した塩素バイパスダストD4からK+濃度及びCl-濃度が各々6質量%以下のスラリーを生成させ、塩素バイパス設備の排ガスG4をスラリーに接触させる塩素バイパスダスト及び排ガスの処理方法。スラリーのSO42-濃度を10000mg/L以下とする。【選択図】図1
