PROCESSING METHOD OF CHLORINE BYPASS DUST AND PROCESSING EQUIPMENT OF CHLORINE BYPASS DUST
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a processing method of a chlorine bypass dust, capable of responding to increase in an amount of chlorine brought to a cement kiln.SOLUTION: The processing method of a chlorine bypass dust contains: an extraction step of extracting a combustion gas from a probe 1 between an end part of a cement kiln K and a lowermost cyclone of a pre-heater P as an extraction gas G; a cooling step of cooling the extraction gas G and condensing and solidifying chlorine involved in the extraction gas G to give a chlorine bypass dust; a classifying step of classifying the chlorine bypass dust based on a predetermined particle size to a first dust D1 which is a coarse powder and a second dust D2 which is a fine powder; and a heating step of heating the second dust D2 to evaporate chlorine-containing matters.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
