SUPPORT MEMBER OF REGENERATION PIPE AND REGENERATION METHOD OF EXISTING PIPE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a support member of a regeneration pipe which can prevent a regeneration pipe from deforming or floating caused by buoyancy acting on the regeneration pipe, and is easy to be installed.SOLUTION: A support member 1 includes: an arc-shaped support plate part 3 that has a peripheral length larger than the half of an outer periphery length of a regeneration pipe 102, and an inner diameter corresponding to the outer diameter of the regeneration pipe 102, and that is disposed along the outer surface of the regeneration pipe 102; and a plurality of interval holding parts 4 that is arranged on the outer surface of the support plate part 3, and keeps an interval between the inner surface of an existing pipe 101 and the outer surface of the regeneration pipe 102. The interval holding part 4 can change a projection amount from the outer surface of the support plate part 3 to a radial direction, and for each installation plate in the existing pipe 101, can increase/decrease the projection amount individually.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 更生管に作用する浮力によっても、更生管が変形したり浮上したりするのを防止し得て設置作業の容易な更生管の支持部材とする。【解決手段】 支持部材1は、更生管102の外周長の半周以上の周長と、更生管102の外径に対応する内径とを有して、更生管102の外面に沿って配設される弧状の支持板部3と、支持板部3の外面に備えられ、既設管101の内面と更生管102の外面との間隔を保つ複数の間隔保持部4とを備える。間隔保持部4は、支持板部3の外面から径方向への突出量を変更可能とされ、既設管101内での設置箇所ごとに、個別にその突出量を増減しうるように構成されている。【選択図】 図1
