EXISTING PIPE REGENERATION METHOD, SEALING RECEIVER FRAME AND SEALING RECEIVER MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an existing pipe regeneration method capable of reducing a construction cost, and preventing a back-filling material from entering a regeneration pipe from a communication port in back-filling, without hindering various kinds of work.SOLUTION: A regeneration pipe 3 is inserted into an existing pipe 1 along an inner wall of the existing pipe 1. Before a connection port correspondence position 3p corresponding to a connection port 2b in the regeneration pipe 3 is inserted into the existing pipe 1, at the connection port correspondence position 3p a communication port 3b is bored. In the regeneration pipe 3 an annular sealing receiver frame 5 is installed along a circumferential direction of an inner peripheral surface of the regeneration pipe 3. A sealing material 5p received by a sealing receiver member 5c of the sealing receiver frame 5 is sealed so as to straddle from the connection port 2b to the communication port 3b. In a sealed state, an in-pipe interval 1g between an inner periphery of the existing pipe 1 and an outer periphery of the regeneration pipe 3 is filled with a back-filling material a.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】施工コストを低減するとともに、各種作業の支障にならないようにしながら、裏込め時に裏込め材が連通口から更生管内に侵入するのを防止可能な既設管更生方法を提供する。【解決手段】更生管3を既設管1内に挿し入れて既設管1の内壁に沿わせる。更生管3における接続口2bと対応する接続口対応位置3pが既設管1内に挿し入れられる前に、接続口対応位置3pに連通口3bを削孔する。更生管1の内周面の周方向に沿う環状の封止受けフレーム5を更生管3内に設置する。封止受けフレーム5の封止受け部材5cで受けた封止材5pによって接続口2bから連通口3bに跨って封止する。封止した状態で、既設管1の内周と更生管3の外周との間の管間隙間1gに裏込め材aを充填する。【選択図】図1
