CARBON DIOXIDE GAS REGENERATION SYSTEM USING POTENTIAL HEAT OF SLUG
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a carbon dioxide gas regeneration system effectively utilizing potential heat of slug discharged in an unused state to attain reduction of COemission and energy saving, and having no trouble such as dirt or blockage on a heat utilization equipment side.SOLUTION: A carbon dioxide gas regeneration system includes: a gas supply device capable of supplying at least any CO-containing gas of exhaust gas generated from a blast furnace or the like and COgas obtained by separating COfrom the exhaust gas; a slug heat recovery device including a layer filled with high-temperature coagulation slug thereinside, and guiding the CO-containing gas obtained by the gas supply device to modify the gas; and a gas mixing device configured to mix modified gas obtained by the slug heat recovery device with cold gas of which temperature is lower than that of the modified gas.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】未利用のまま排出されていたスラグの保有熱を有効に活用して、CO2排出量の削減と省エネルギーを達成すると共に、熱利用設備側での汚れや閉塞などのトラブルの発生もない、炭酸ガス再生システムを提案する。【解決手段】高炉等から発生する排ガスまたは該排ガスからCO2を分離して得られるCO2ガスの少なくとも何れかのCO2含有ガスを供給可能なガス供給装置と、内部に高温凝固スラグの充填層をそなえ、この高温凝固スラグ充填層に、該ガス供給装置で得られたCO2含有ガスを導いて、その改質を行うスラグ熱回収装置と、該スラグ熱回収装置にて得られた改質ガスと、該改質ガスより低温である冷ガスを混合するガス混合装置と、を具備させる。【選択図】図2
