SLUG, PRODUCTION METHOD OF SLUG, AND CIVIL ENGINEERING MATERIAL
To provide a slug having excellent boron elution resistance, a production method of the slug, and a civil engineering material using the slug.SOLUTION: Slug containing a glass phase, and, as a crystal phase, at least CaMg(SiO)and B: 0.15 mass% or larger, Ba: 1.0 mass% or larger and smaller than 2.5 mass%, and/or Sr: 0.40 mass% or larger and smaller than 1.7 mass%, in which the following Index G obtained by XRD measurement with a Cu-Kα line as a radiation source is 7.0 or larger, in the glass phase, a content of Ba is smaller than 8.0 mass%, and a content of Sr is smaller than 7.0 mass%, and has excellent boron elution resistance.
