MANAGEMENT METHOD FOR CONCRETE CASTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a management method for concrete casting that prevents a defect in concrete compaction and offering a frame structure that performs excellently after curing.SOLUTION: A management method for concrete casting uses a processing device with a method in which concrete is cast in a preset and prescribed section and compacted using a vibrator after casting. The management method includes a step for detecting a location of the vibrator to be inserted into the concrete in the prescribed section, and a step for acquiring an affected area of compacted concrete due to vibration of the vibrator, the affected area corresponding to a concrete property at the location where the vibrator has been inserted. An insertion depth of the vibrator is set such that the affected area by compaction that has been acquired overlaps with a part of concrete positioned around the concrete cast in the prescribed section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 6
【課題】コンクリートの締固め不良を防いで硬化後に躯体として優れた性能の構造物を得ることが可能なコンクリートの打設管理方法を提供する。【解決手段】予め設定された所定の区画内にコンクリートを打設し、打設後のコンクリートを振動機により締固める工法における処理装置によるコンクリートの打設管理方法であって、所定区画内のコンクリートに挿入される振動機の位置を検出するステップと、振動機の挿入された位置におけるコンクリートの性状に基づいて、当該性状と対応付けられた振動機の振動による締固め影響範囲を取得するステップと、所定の区画内に打設されたコンクリートの周囲に位置するコンクリートの一部に取得された締固め影響範囲が重なるように、打設されたコンクリートに対する振動機の挿入深さを設定するようにした。【選択図】図６
