To perform consistent management from transportation to casting of ready mixed concrete.SOLUTION: A concrete casting management device comprises: an acquisition part which acquires three-dimensional design information on a structure; a small-block generation part which divides cast blocks, obtained by dividing three-dimensional design information into cast blocks of predetermined size, into large blocks of the predetermined size; a block number imparting part which imparts block numbers, indicative of casting order of concrete, to the small blocks; a shipment detection part which detects shipment by an agitator vehicle which carries manufactured ready mixed concrete to a concrete construction site; a shipment time recording part which records the time when the shipment is detected associatively with the ready mixed concrete information; an arrival detection part which detects the agitator vehicle arriving; an arrival time recording part which records the arrival time thereof together with the identification number of the agitator vehicle associatively with the ready mixed concrete information; and a small-block information recording part which records block numbers of small blocks together with the identification number associatively with the ready mixed concrete information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
