SANITARY EQUIPMENT UNIT
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a sanitary equipment unit of a simple configuration and with sufficient rigidity and strength.SOLUTION: A sanitary equipment unit 1 has a bath module 2 fixed on a floor frame installed on a floor surface. The bath module 2 is square in shape when seen in a planar view, having a floor panel, side walls 6 on four sides, and a ceiling panel. A frame unit includes a wall frame 13 on four sides erected at a peripheral part of the frame unit to surround the side wall 6 of the bath module 2, and is not provided with a ceiling frame. A connection member 18 is connected to a wall receiving material or a wall receiving corner material that connects each horizontal frame material of each wall frame 13 with a side wall panel of the side wall 6 of the bath module 2, at a location above a central part in a height direction of each wall frame 13. The connection member 18 is provided on each horizontal frame material, and near a corner part on both edges and at a central part of the side wall 6. Rigidity of the ceiling panel is received by the horizontal frame material through the connection member 18, thus ensuring rigidity without the ceiling frame.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】衛生設備ユニットが簡単な構成でしかも十分な剛性と強度を備える。【解決手段】衛生設備ユニット１は、床面に設置した床フレーム上にユニットバス２を固定する。ユニットバス２は床パネルと四辺をなす側壁６と天井パネルとを有する平面視四角形状である。フレームユニットは、床フレームの周辺部に立設されていてユニットバス２の側壁６を囲う四辺の壁フレーム１３を備えており、天井フレームは設けない。各壁フレーム１３の高さ方向中央部より上方で各壁フレーム１３の各横枠とユニットバス２の側壁６の側壁パネルを固定する壁受材またはコーナー壁受材とに連結部材１８を連結した。連結部材１８は各横枠と側壁６の両端角部近傍と中央部とに設けた。天井パネルの剛性を連結部材１８を介して横枠で受けて、天井フレームがなくても剛性を確保した。【選択図】図２
