To provide a sanitary equipment device capable of supporting sanitary equipment in a floated state from a floor without causing a dead space in the rear side of the wall panel of a room unit and allowing positional adjustment after setting of the wall panel, and a construction method.SOLUTION: A toilet bowl device (sanitary equipment device) 100 comprises a frame fixing part 60 fixed on a floor slab 10, frame stands 70 extended upward from the frame fixing part 60 in the room inner side of a bathroom panel 91, and a wall-mounted toilet bowl 7 (sanitary equipment) supported at the upper part of a floor part 20 by the frame stands 70.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
