PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fire extinguishment facility which has high fire extinguishment performance, can handle a large scale fire, and can be manufactured at a low cost.SOLUTION: A fire protection water tank 1 usable as a fire extinguishment facility includes: a water tank body capable of storing water and having a columnar shape; a fire extinguishment hose 7 used while connected with the water tank body; an air bag device 10 pressurizing the water in the tank body for discharging the water from the hose 7; plural tires fitted on an outer periphery of the columnar water tank body; pull means used at a time of rolling the fire protection water tank in a laterally fallen state; and a storage chamber 43 for storing the pull means. An air bag 11 included in the air bag device 10 is inflated by receiving a gas pressure and pressurizes the water in the water tank body forcibly so as to press away the water. No direct contact of a compression gas for pressure with the water prevents the pressure gas from being dissolved or dispersed in the water in the water tank body, thereby the whole water in the water tank body can be reliably discharged by the gas pressure.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
【課題】消化能力が高く、大規模火災に対応することができ、低コストで製造可能な消防用設備を提供すること。【解決手段】消防用設備として利用できる本発明の本発明の防火水槽1は、貯水可能な円柱状の水槽本体と、水槽本体に接続して用いる消火用ホース7と、このホース7から放水されるように水槽本体内の水を加圧するためのエアバッグ装置10と、円柱状の水槽本体の外周に嵌め込まれた複数のタイヤと、防火水槽を横倒し状態で転動させる際に用いる牽引手段と、この牽引手段を収納するための収納室43を具備する。エアバッグ装置10が具備するエアバッグ11はガス圧を受けて膨らみ、水槽本体内の水を押し退けるように強制的に加圧する。本発明では、加圧用の圧縮ガスが水に対して直接的に触れることが一切無いので、加圧用ガスが水槽本体内の水に溶解したり分散することがなく、水槽本体内の水の全体をガス圧で確実に放水できる。【選択図】図7
