【課題】最も応力を負担するコーナー部の伸び性能の低下を極力少なくすることが可能なロール成形角形鋼管を提供する【解決手段】縦辺長さD≧横辺長さBで板厚tの角形鋼管におけるコーナー部がコーナー直線部LMとその両側の曲げ部(コーナー曲げ部とも呼ぶ)とからなり、前記コーナー直線部LM及び縦辺側平板部dが式(1)を満たし、かつ、縦辺側及び横辺側の曲げ部曲げ半径の係数RD、RBと幅厚比D/tとの関係が式(2)を満たす。 t/2<LM<d ・・・(1)。 2.0<RD、RB≦0.3231(D/t)−0.3273 ・・・(2)。 但し、式(2)はRD、RBがいずれも式(2)を満たすことを意味する。【選択図】図1
