WELDING AND JOINING STRUCTURE OF COLD ROLL MOLDING SQUARE STEEL PIPE COLUMN AND BASE PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a welding and joining structure of a cold roll square steel pipe column and a base plate in which material cost of a rolled steel material or a casted steel material can be reduced, welding cost can be reduced by saving a labor for preheating in welding, further, productivity is improved and construction cost can be significantly reduced by welding and joining the base plate formed from the rolled steel material or the casted steel material of a lower design reference strength than a design reference strength of the cold roll molding square steel pipe column with the cold roll molding square steel pipe column.SOLUTION: In the welding and joining structure of a cold roll molding square steel pipe column 1 and a base plate 2, the cold roll molding square steel pipe column 1 and the base plate 2 are welded and joined under a condition where the design reference strength of the base plate 2 is lower than the design reference strength of the cold roll molding square steel pipe column 1.
【課題】冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱の設計基準強度よりも低い設計基準強度の圧延鋼材または鋳鋼材で構成したベースプレートと、前記冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱とを溶接接合することにより、圧延鋼材または鋳鋼材の材料コストを削減すること、及び溶接における予熱の手間を省略して溶接コストを省略することができ、更に生産性が高く、ひいては建設コストを大幅に削減できる、冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱とベースプレートの溶接接合構造を提供する。【解決手段】冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱1とベースプレート2の溶接接合構造において、ベースプレート2の設計基準強度が、冷間ロール成形角形鋼管柱1の設計基準強度よりも低い条件で溶接接合されている。【選択図】図2
