PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a construction method of a unit room capable of installing a unit room body in a reception part without lifting the unit room body.SOLUTION: The construction method of a unit room includes the steps of: before or after placing a unit room body 11, which has a beam member 30 on the bottom thereof, on a rail 50 formed of a rod-like item, placing the end of the rail 50 on a rear-side support member 61 placed on a reception part 70 to which the unit room body 11 is received; moving the unit room body 11 on the rail 50 while sliding the same to the rear side of the reception part 70 up to a predetermined position of the reception part 70; and installing the beam member 30 onto a rear side support member 61.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
