PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To inexpensively provide a simply-configured tsunami evacuation facility for a tsunami evacuation difficulty area, which enables evacuation of persons including a physically disabled person, an aged person and an infant.SOLUTION: In a tsunami evacuation facility, a steel pipe with a steel pipe diameter of 0.3-1.0 m is used as a foundation pile by being driven radially from the center of a circular shape by half a length of 10-30 m into ground; half of an above-ground part is used as an above-ground part steel pipe support; a circular crown steel beam and a circular crown steel beam provided on a steel pipe head at the center of a circle are connected to its head; a circular evacuation floor slab is provided; and the whole floor slab is covered with a dome type roof or a deck roof. Furthermore, the tsunami evacuation facility comprises a circular raised-floor tsunami evacuation structure with no roof.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】津波避難困難地域の避難施設で、身体障害者から老人、幼児に至るまで避難が可能で、簡素な構成かつ安価に提供できる津波避難施設が求められている。【解決手段】この津波避難施設は円形中心より放射線状に鋼管径0.3m〜1.0m、長さ10m〜30mの２分の１の長さを地中に打ち込み基礎杭とし、地上部２分の１を地上部鋼管支柱とし、その頭部に円冠鋼材梁と円中心の鋼管頭部に設けた円冠鋼材梁を繋ぎ、円形避難床版を設け、さらに床版全体にドーム型屋根あるいは陸屋根で覆い、又、屋根の無い円形高床津波避構造で構成されている。【選択図】図１
