【課題】仕上がり性に優れ、硬化塗膜が２５Ｖにおいても高い導電性を示す、カーボンナノチューブを用いた塗り床材を実現する。【解決手段】常温硬化型樹脂と、単層カーボンナノチューブと、アクリル系の表面調整剤と、を含有する、塗り床材であって、前記アクリル系の表面調整剤が、硬化塗膜の表面自由エネルギーを上昇させるタイプの表面調整剤、または被塗物との濡れ性を向上させるタイプのシリコーンフリー非イオン性表面調整剤である、塗り床材。【選択図】なし
