DESIGNABLE LAMINATE SHEET AND DESIGNABLE LAMINATE SHEET COATING METAL PLATE
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a designable laminate sheet that is excellent in productivity and has a deep feeling and a three-dimensional feeling to make inside embossment visible, and a designable laminate sheet coating metal plate.SOLUTION: There is provided a designable laminate sheet by laminating at least 3 layers: a transparent biaxial orientation polyester resin layer (A layer) 21, an adhesive layer (B layer) 22 for thermally fusing a hot melt-type adhesive resin having fusion viscoelasticity at 180°C of 10 to 3000 Pa, and a layer (C layer) having convexoconcave design by embossment on a surface on the side laminated with the B layer 22, in this order. There is provided a designable laminate sheet coating metal plate for laminating a metal plate 27 on the designable laminate sheet, where the C layer is a layer having at least a substrate layer (C-1 layer) 23, a coloring layer (C-2 layer) 24 and a heterochromic layer with light transmissivity (C-3 layer) 25, the C-3 layer 25 adhering to the B layer 22 has embossment with maximum length Ra of 20 to 250 μm formed on its upper surface and 50 mass% or more of the total resin component of the C-3 layer 25 is a non-orientation crystalline polyester resin.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
【課題】生産性に優れ、内部のエンボスを視認可能な深み感と立体感のを有する意匠性積層シート及び意匠性積層シート被覆金属板の提供。【解決手段】透明二軸延伸ポリエステル系樹脂層(A層)21、180℃の溶融粘弾性が10〜3000Paであるホットメルト型接着性樹脂を熱融着する接着層(B層)22、B層22と積層される側の表面にエンボスによる凹凸意匠を有する層(C層)、の少なくとも3層を順次積層する意匠性積層シート。C層が、少なくとも基材層(C−1層)23、着色層(C−2層)24、透光性のある虹彩色層(C−3層)25を有する層であり、B層22と接着する前記C−3層25はその上面に最大高さRaが20〜250μmのエンボスが形成され、C−3層25の全樹脂成分の50質量%以上が無配向結晶性ポリエステル系樹脂であり、意匠性積層シートに金属板27を積層する意匠性積層シート被覆金属板。【選択図】図2
