STEEL SHELL SUPPORTING MEMBER FOR HYBRID CAISSON
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a steel shell support member for a hybrid caisson that may be installed readily and uses a low-priced rubber mat satisfying a necessary friction increasing function.SOLUTION: A steel shell supporting member 10 is a steel shell supporting member for a hybrid caisson made by covering a steel shell 2 with reinforced concrete, the steel shell supporting member supporting a bottom surface support part 2a of the steel shell 2 of the hybrid caisson 1 and securing a cover concrete thickness 4 of bottom plate reinforced concrete. The steel shell supporting member includes a rubber mat 20 laid in correspondence with a location of the bottom surface support part 2a on a rubble mound 7 for increasing friction between the steel shell support part and the hybrid caisson 1, a lower plate material 30 connected on a top surface of the rubber mat 20, and a connection member 40 for connecting and integrating the lower plate material 30 with the steel shell 2, while securing the cover concrete thickness 4. An amount of subsidence of the rubber mat 20 due to a steel shell load is to be within an allowable range.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】施工が容易で、安価でかつ必要な摩擦増大機能を満足することができるゴムマットを用いたハイブリッドケーソン用の鋼殻支持部材を提供する。【解決手段】鋼殻支持部材10は、鋼殻2を鉄筋コンクリートで被覆したハイブリッドケーソン1の鋼殻2の底面支持部2aを支持し底版鉄筋コンクリートのかぶり4を確保するハイブリッドケーソン用の鋼殻支持部材であって、捨石マウンド7上の底面支持部2aの位置に対応して敷設されハイブリッドケーソン1との間の摩擦を増大するゴムマット20と、ゴムマット20の上面に接合される下部板部材30と、下部板部材30と鋼殻2とをかぶり4を確保して連結一体化する連結部材40と、を備えてなり、ゴムマット20は、鋼殻荷重による沈下量が許容範囲内とされている。【選択図】図3
