PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-family house capable of easily communicating with each other between two families while well ensuring privacy of each family.SOLUTION: A two-family house comprises a first building part 15 with a living space for a child household and a second building part 16 with a living space for a parent household. These building parts 15, 16 are separately disposed. A parking space where a vehicle can be parked is disposed between the building parts 15, 16. An intermediate building part 17 that connects the first building part 15 and the second building part 16 is disposed above the parking space. A shared living room 90 that is shared by the child household and the parent household is disposed in the intermediate building part 17. The shared living room 90 can be accessed from the first building part 15 and the second building part 16, respectively.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
【課題】各世帯のプライバシを好適に確保しながら、各世帯のコミュニケーションを図り易くすることができる二世帯住宅を提供する。【解決手段】二世帯住宅は、子世帯が居住する居住空間を有する第１建物部１５と、親世帯が居住する居住空間を有する第２建物部１６とを備え、これら各建物部１５，１６は互いに離間して配置され、それら各建物部１５，１６の間には車両を駐車可能な駐車スペースが設けられていて、駐車スペースの上方には、第１建物部１５と第２建物部１６とを連結する中間建物部１７が設けられ、中間建物部１７には、子世帯と親世帯とが共用する共用リビング９０が設けられていて、共用リビング９０には、第１建物部１５及び第２建物部１６からそれぞれ出入り可能とされている。【選択図】図８
