PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a two-family house for securing privacy of respective households, and capable of easily performing interchange between the respective households while keeping a distance feeling with the other household.SOLUTION: A two-family house 10 comprises a first building part 15 in which a child household lives and a second building part 16 in which a parent household lives and which is separately arranged from the first building part 15, and also comprises an intermediate building part 17 for connecting the first building part 15 and the second building part 16 to each other, and its intermediate building part 17 is provided with a shared living room 80 which enables a resident to go in and out of the first building part 15 and the second building part 16. The shared living room 80 comprises a skip floor space 82 having a lower floor part 101 provided in a first story height area, and in the second building part 16, the resident moves to the sharing living room 80 while reaching the skip floor space 82 via a landing space 58 of a second spiral stairway 56.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
【課題】各世帯のプライバシーを確保するとともに、他の世帯との距離感を保ちながら、各世帯の交流を図りやすくすることができる二世帯住宅を提供すること。【解決手段】二世帯住宅１０は、子世帯が居住する第１建物部１５と、親世帯が居住し、第１建物部１５と離間して配置された第２建物部１６とを備えている。また、第１建物部１５と第２建物部１６とを連結する中間建物部１７も有しており、その中間建物部１７には、第１建物部１５及び第２建物部１６から出入り可能とされる共用リビング８０が設けられている。共用リビング８０は、一階高さ領域に設けられた下床部１０１を有するスキップ床空間８２を備え、第２建物部１６では、第２回り階段５６の踊り場空間５８を通じてスキップ床空間８２に至り、共用リビング８０に移動する。【選択図】 図３
