VEHICULAR DOOR HANDLEBAR MEMBER
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicular door handlebar member which is configured to assemble a cover member and a base member in accordance with any other method than thread fastening while reducing the number of components, and also can perform positioning and backlash prevention after assembly.SOLUTION: In a vehicular door handlebar member 10, a cover member 11 is assembled with a base member 12 including arm parts 13 and 14 extending into a door. The cover member 11 includes engagement receiving parts 11X and 11Y, and the base member 12 includes engaging parts 12X and 12Y. The engage receiving parts and the engaging parts are aligned, pressed in mutually opposite directions and brought into engaged state. Further, in such an engaged state, a penetration part 11H of the cover member 11 is penetrated into a penetration hole 12H at a side of the arm parts 13 and 14 in the base member 12, a distal end part 11I is exposed outside and the exposed distal end part 11I is deposited and fixed to the base member 12.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 11
【課題】ねじ締めとは別の方法によりカバー部材とベース部材とを部品点数の削減した形で組み付けるよう構成され、なおかつ組み付け後の位置決めやガタつき防止も可能となる車両用ドアハンドル部材を提供する。【解決手段】 ドアの内部へと延出するアーム部13,14を有したベース部材12に対しカバー部材11が組み付けられた車両用ドアハンドル部材10において、カバー部材11に係合受け部11X,11Yが設けられ、ベース部材12に係合部12X,12Yが設けられ、それらが位置を合わせて互いの対向方向に押し付けて係合状態とされる。さらにこの係合状態において、ベース部材12のアーム部13,14側に貫通孔12Hに、カバー部材11の貫通部11Hが貫通してその先端部11Iが外部に露出し、その露出した先端部11Iがベース部材12に対し溶着固定される。【選択図】図11
