ARCHITECTURAL STRUCTURE HEIGHT ADJUSTING FLOOR SUPPORT METAL FITTING
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a height adjusting floor metal fitting, which can stably support a floor construction of an architectural structure on a foundation in a low floor building with narrow underfloor space, has a relatively simple structure, can reduce cost, and can set and adjust the height without drilling a hole on a common joist.SOLUTION: A height adjusting floor metal fitting comprises: a base part disposed on the foundation; a bolt with an end that is installed to the base part; a nut that is screwed with the bolt; and a floor member receiving part to which the other end of the nut is fit. A distance between the base part and the floor member receiving part is increased or decreased by rotation of the nut. The other end of the nut is relatively rotatably fit to the floor part receiving part so that the floor member receiving part does not rotate by following the rotation of the nut.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
【課題】 床下のスペースが狭い低床建築において、基礎上に建築物の床組を安定して支持することが可能である高さ調整床支持金具であって、比較的簡単な構造で、コストの低減化が可能であり、根太に孔を穿ることなく設置・高さ調整可能な高さ調整床支持金具を提供すること。【解決手段】 基礎に接して配置された基台部と、一方の端部が前記基台部に取付られたボルトと、このボルトに螺合するナットと、前記ナットの他方の端部が取り付けられた床部材受部とを具備し、前記ナットの回転により基台部と床部材受部の間隔が伸縮する高さ調整床支持金具において、前記ナットの回転により前記床部材受部が追随して回転しないように、前記ナットの他方の端部は前記床部材受部に対し、相互に回転可能に取り付けられていることを特徴とする高さ調整床支持金具。【選択図】図1
