BUILDING HIGHT ADJUSTMENT FLOOR SUPPORT METAL FITTING
To provide a height-adjustable floor support metal fitting with a relatively simple structure that can reduce costs and stably support a building floor assembly without rattling.SOLUTION: A height-adjustable floor support bracket 1 comprises a base 2 arranged in contact with a foundation 20 and a floor member receiving portion 5 supporting a floor member. A lower end of a bolt 3 is fixedly attached to the base, and an upper end of a nut 4 is rotatably attached to the floor member receiving portion. The bolt is screwed to the nut and the distance between the base and the floor member receiving portion is adjusted by rotation of the nut. The floor member receiving portion has a hole 10. And the upper end of the nut has a small diameter portion that fits into the hole in the floor member receiving portion, and a large diameter portion that protrudes from the hole in the floor member receiving portion and has a diameter larger than the diameter of the hole. A spring washer is interposed between an upper surface around the hole of the floor member receiving portion and the large diameter portion, or between a lower surface around the hole of the floor member receiving portion and a portion of the nut adjacent to the small diameter portion.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
